Our mission
Welcome to the Ridge Swim & Dive Boosters!
Ridge Swim & Dive Booster is a volunteer-led nonprofit organization serving the Mountain Ridge High School swim and dive community in Glendale, Arizona. We bring families, volunteers, and community supporters together to strengthen the experience of our student-athletes.
Our mission is to raise and responsibly steward funds, coordinate volunteer support, and provide resources and experiences that help swimmers and divers grow, compete, and succeed—both in and out of the pool.
We work in support of the Mountain Ridge High School swim and dive programs while operating as an independent nonprofit booster organization. We are a subordinate member of Parent Booster USA, Inc.

What we do
Practical support for the team
Our work focuses on the needs of the Mountain Ridge swim and dive community. Fundraising and volunteer service help supplement the student-athlete experience and build a connected, supportive team environment.
Volunteer coordination
We organize family and community volunteers to assist with meets, team activities, communications, and other program needs.
Team activities
We support activities that encourage team connection, school spirit, and a positive experience for student-athletes and their families.
Athlete recognition
We help celebrate the commitment, growth, and accomplishments of Mountain Ridge swimmers and divers throughout the season.
