Our volunteer leaders bring professional experience, community commitment, and a shared dedication to helping Mountain Ridge swimmers and divers thrive.

Jennifer Kuper

Founding President

Jennifer Kuper serves as founding president of Ridge Swim & Dive Booster, leading the volunteer board and working closely with the head coach to identify team needs and coordinate support for Mountain Ridge High School’s swimmers and divers. She brings more than 20 years of experience in communications, along with a strong background in project management, strategic planning, and connecting people around shared goals. Jennifer currently serves as Director of Communications at Didlake. She applies those skills to building an engaged booster community, organizing resources, and supporting a positive student-athlete experience—in and out of the pool.

Gheorghe Lese

Vice President of Operations

Gheorghe Lese serves as Vice President of Operations for Ridge Swim & Dive Booster, helping coordinate the support and resources that contribute to a positive experience for Mountain Ridge High School’s swimmers and divers. He brings experience in quality measurement and high-volume manufacturing, along with a strong background in quality systems and auditing. Gheorghe applies his process-focused perspective to supporting the booster’s operations and the team community.

Dr. Erika L. Rowe

Special Events & Creative Director

Erika serves as Special Events & Creative Director of Ridge Swim & Dive Booster, making sure the team’s hard work is celebrated with full Mountain Ridge pride. As a dentist and co-owner of Rowe Family Dentistry, she brings experience in leadership and team management, and as owner of Desert Press Company, a custom apparel business, she adds a creative eye for design and branding. For more than a decade, she has supported school and athletic organizations in many roles, including parent board executive member, social media director, team apparel designer, and past Advancement Chair for Scout Troop 3126. Erika loves making moments feel special, so every diver and swimmer feels part of the MRHS Swim and Dive family and celebrated.

Corina Murray

Secretary

Corina Murray serves as Secretary of Ridge Swim & Dive Booster, supporting the volunteer board through meeting documentation, organized records, and clear communication. A physical therapist with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree, she brings a healthcare perspective to the board’s work supporting Mountain Ridge High School’s swimmers and divers.

Sincia Liu

Treasurer

Sincia Liu serves as treasurer of Ridge Swim & Dive Booster, overseeing financial records, budgeting, and reporting to help support Mountain Ridge High School’s swimmers and divers. As founder and executive director of Camp Tuku, a nonprofit residential camp integrating mindfulness, nature, and social-emotional learning, she brings experience in nonprofit leadership, program management, and community engagement. Sincia also serves as Speech & Debate Advisor at BASIS Peoria and volunteers with local youth organizations. She applies her organizational skills and commitment to transparency to managing booster resources.
